Christer Norden, born in northern Sweden, settled in the United States over
twenty years ago. Boston, Massachusetts became Mr. Norden's first home
in the US and he eventually moved to the exciting entertainment capital Los
Angeles. After several trips to northern California, Christer yearned for the
wide openness and splendor of Yosemite. He eventually settled there in the
late 1990s fulfilling his creative desire to be one with this magnificent nature.
The great photographers Henri Cartier-Bresson, Ansel Adams, and Lennart Nilsson have greatly influenced his artistic eye to capture human beauty and nature at the same time. Of these great camera artists Christer says:
